Alexa Sider Pao, MSFinancial Adviseralexa@paoerhouse.com

My name is Alexa Sider Pao, or formerly Alexa D. Sider. I am very tech savvy and enjoy determining the most productive and efficient ways to complete a task or a process; the process that I’m best at is navigating the financial planning process. I aim to coach my clients through all of their financial life decisions, both personally and in business; making sure it is the most effective strategy to achieve the goal(s) they set in place for themselves. I love getting to know each and every one of my clients and learning about every situation that makes it unique.

I grew up with a family full of physicians, a bunch of analytics, and the apple (get it…apple sider?) did not fall far from the tree. However, instead of using these skills to practice medicine, I decided to apply them to the financial world. This also meant that I was a bit of a nerd growing up and I definitely still am. I competed hard-core in science fair throughout middle and high school and even made it all the way to International Science and Engineering Fair...twice. I graduated from the University of Virginia with an undergraduate degree in Financial Mathematics and a graduate degree in Commerce with a concentration in Financial Services.

Growing up, my parents took care of everything for my brother and me. Needless to say, I was a bit sheltered and didn’t know much about anything related to finances and insurances. I had to learn to navigate the process myself. Through different life experiences, like my summer internship at UBS in New York City, my summer in Hong Kong working for a small independent financial management firm, and my summer studying for my Master’s in Stockholm, Sweden, Prague, Czech Republic, Istanbul, Turkey, and London, UK, I have been able to gain diverse financial perspectives. I take this approach with each client situation by bringing all of my education, global life experiences, and industry training to the table.

How am I different:

My Financial EKG process will help make sure that you're on track to obtaining your goals and objectives. For convenience to my clients, I offer all forms of meeting: in-person, on the phone, or virtual. To receive the best and most comprehensive financial solution, I help coordinate with other advisors, like CPAs, Estate Planning Attorneys, Business Attorneys, etc., depending on the client's wishes and needs. This process provides my clients with the most comprehensive and efficient financial plan.

Tony Y. Pao, CLF®Financial Advisortony@paoerhouse.com

I started my career in the financial services industry with New York Life in March of 2005. I spent the first 3 and half years as an agent and financial services professional then making the decision to move into management as a Partner in August of 2008. As one of the top Partners in the company, I was responsible for the recruitment and development of new agents and advisors. In July of 2013 I was asked to take the position of Corporate Vice President of Management Training and Development. During that time, I was responsible to developing and running the management training program for the company. I spent a lot of my time in Westchester, NY and Dallas, TX where I trained new Partners and taught them how to be the best they could be and eventually how they could one day become a Managing Partner.

In 2015 I decided to move back into the field as a Partner to continue with my work in recruiting and developing new agents and advisors to give them the same amazing opportunity that I was afforded 10 years prior. In 2018, my wife (yup…that would be Alexa) and I decided to team up and create our own practice. The beauty of this decision is that I am now a hybrid manager and advisor…I can continue recruiting and developing new advisors while at the same time being able to help our clients with their financial planning needs.

As an Air Force Veteran, I embody the core values that was instilled in me…to serve with Integrity first, Service before self, and Excellence in all we do. In my free time, I find my Zen in turning a wrench working on my project cars or hitting the mats as a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu student. In addition to that, Alexa and I love to go on our little "adventures," whether its heading to the beach or tubing down a lazy river, we are always doing something and always moving.

Damu Cherry-MitchellDirector of Client Servicesdamu@paoerhouse.com

My experience working with people goes back to my younger days as a youth athlete where I worked with young kids and competed in gymnastics for many years. As a high school student I began my track career as a 100 meter hurdler. I landed a full athletic and academic scholarship to the University of South Florida.

I earned an undergraduate degree from the University of South Florida with a B.S. in Physical Education/Exercise Science (Cum Laude) and became an All American in Track and Field and still hold the school record in the 100 meter hurdles.

After college I began the journey to become and Olympian and moved to Gainesville, Florida to train along with other Olympians. I always knew in order to be the best you have to surround yourself with the best. The training group moved to Clermont, Florida in 2004 and that is when I began the quest to qualify for the 2008 Olympic team.

I trained professionally in track and field full time for eleven years along with the sponsorship of the top shoe company in the world Nike. During my professional career I made three world championship teams the 2008 Olympic Team. I have been ranked as high as number three in the world.

In 2012 I retired for competitive track to start a family with my husband Dennis Mitchell. I coached for three years with my husband running our track club Star Athletics before giving birth to my daughter Aaleyah Hassie in 2015. I named her after my amazing mother Hassie Cherry.

After losing my mom in 2014 I understood the importance of taking care of family and making sure you leave a legacy like my mom did for our family. That is what led me to New York Life and Paoerhouse financial group.

Alisha K. JnBaptisteDirector of Operationsalisha@paoerhouse.com

My name is Alisha JnBaptiste, formerly Alisha O’Brien. My last name, JnBaptiste (yes, that is how it’s spelled), is French, but alas, I do not speak French or French Creole. My ethnic background is Irish and Puerto Rican, and yet, I do not speak Spanish either. My sincerest apologies, English is my only language!

I was born in Ocala Florida, raised in Whitefish Montana, and moved back to Florida when I was a teenager. Growing up in Montana was the greatest place to have my childhood. Upon visiting Big Mountain in Whitefish, my parents fell in love with the Big Sky Country. So, my parents decided to make the move, with my brother and I, to the sweetest town where we lived in a little log cabin on a six-acre property. Being such a little town, my kindergarten, elementary and middle school were all in one building with a whopping 74 student population in the entire school! Moving back to Florida as a teenager, I asked my parents if I could be homeschooled for my High School years to which they agreed and enrolled me in Florida Virtual School. So, I went into an even smaller class, 1 student population!

Being homeschooled takes the most self-discipline you could imagine because you are completely in charge of your own schedule. I hate to admit that I got behind which caused me to graduate 6 months late. However, getting back on track in my junior and senior years, I dual-enrolled at Valencia College so that I could get a head start on my Associates Degree. I am happy to say that despite graduating 6 months late, I was able to graduate both High School and College at the same time, December 2010. Due to being homeschooled and dualenrolled, I became one of the most OCD people you will ever meet and, in my opinion, that is a fantastic trait! Being as organized as I am is what has made me successful throughout both my education and in business.

Upon graduation, I was offered the Office Manager position for a local pest control company, Systeco and Systeco Lawn Division. Handling all their office needs, I became proficient in billing and accounting, which is what moved me into the Legal field. At Lytle & Barszcz, I was able to take my first steps into the legal field by becoming their office billing department. The lead attorney took me under her wing knowing that I have a passion for books and writing, and she trained me to be their lead Legal Assistant. I learned so much and loved every minute of working in the legal field, but decided to move into a new field at the same time I was planning my wedding. In October 2014, I married my wonderful husband and we have been happily sharing our lives together ever since!

I made the transition to New York Life, which has been one of the most exciting career changes for me because New York Life is truly a fantastic company! I began in September 2014 as Agent Staff to 4 Financial Advisors, and in January 2015, I transitioned to my latest position as Recruiting Coordinator to the management team. Now, as of February 2019, I moved into the glorious role of Director of Operations with Paoerhouse Financial Group. This next chapter is truly proving to be a highlight in my career!

Bella PaoDirector of Snuggles and Mischiefbella@paoerhouse.com

Hi everyone! My name is Bella Pao or Bella-do, Donkey-do, Miss Snuggles, and a whole bunch of other nicknames that mommy and daddy gave me. My mommy and daddy brought me home with them a little over 4 years ago when I was just a little puppy. I am a Yorkie-poo and in reality, I’m just a small human trapped inside a dog’s body. I started coming to the office when I was recovering from back surgery due to a herniated disk…yeah I know, I’m too young for that but it had to be done.

I have a sister name Bailey. She’s a different kind of dog. I think mommy and daddy call her a cat (strange). During the days that I’m at the office, I help everyone with whatever they need…breaks by taking me for a walk, exercise by playing fetch with me, and relieving stress by giving me belly rubs and scratches.
