Questions you might have.

What type of clients do you specialize in?

Our clientele is made up of closely-held business owners, highly compensated executives, and medical professionals. We recognize the unique needs of each field, and we maintain a consistent process with all of our clients as we customize their financial plan or solutions according to their goals and objectives.

What makes your client experience unique?

As a female and veteran owned business, we believe that being up front and direct with our clients brings a certain value to the table. At Paoerhouse, we treat all of our clients the same…just like family.

Will I be working only with you or with a team?

We have a tremendous team and set of outside resources available through Paoerhouse Financial Group. Alexa and Tony oversee every client relationship, but we have experienced staff and additional professionals who can work with you. As a client, you’ll have direct access to the internal team member best suited to meet your needs during each phase of the process.

Do you charge for an initial meeting?

We want clients to have a full understanding of our process and practices prior to agreeing to work with us. Therefore, initial meetings are conducted at no cost to the potential client.

What do I need to bring to our first meeting?

The first meeting is used to get to know each other, establish expectations, and develop a strategy for moving forward. It would be helpful to bring any financial statements you have, as well as an understanding of your balance sheet.

Do you offer legal and tax advice?

We do not offer tax, legal, or accounting advice. However, we have an extensive list of experienced estate planning attorneys and CPAs throughout the country that would be more than happy to serve your needs. We pride ourselves in working in conjunction with those advisors to help you coordinate your entire team to work most effectively for you.

Do you have a minimum?

We are in the business of working with people of high character and integrity. We work with clients who are open to our ideas and strategies, who understand our process, and who believe we’ll be a complement to them as well.

Will I get billed if I call you?

Absolutely not! Our number one priority is customer service and transparency. We want you to feel like you can call us anytime for anything. We have a wonderful client relationship team that can handle any of your questions or concerns.

What if I already have a financial planner?

That's great! You've already taken strides in protecting your future. Please know that we would be happy to provide a second opinion or add value in areas your planner may not specialize in.

How much contact do you have with your clients?

At a minimum, we meet with our clients once a year if not once a quarter. We are always available by phone or screen share based on the proximity to our offices. Since our clients are spread out across the country, we utilize today's technology to provide screen share and video conferencing services as needed.
